Our goal is to attract, develop, and retain passionate, high-performing employees who are interested in making a difference, while providing generations of Veterans — and their survivors — with the care and benefits they deserve.

With the recent passage of the PACT Act, the largest expansion of health care and benefits in VA history, VBA is actively hiring thousands of new employees nationwide.
